Shipping


When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:

  • United States: 3 - 4 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 8 business days
  • Australia: 2 - 14 business days
  • Japan: 4 - 8 business days
  • International: 10 - 20 business days

It is difficult to predict shipping times.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your product will be made as close to you as possible, depending on stock availability.

Will Customs fees be added?
Customs fees and additional taxes may be charged for international orders. These fees are not under our control and are charged by your local Customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please check directly with your local Customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should have arrived, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address is correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at info@lahaina.clothing with your order number.

If you found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the order and shipping will be at your expense.

Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand supplier. They are located worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, write to us at info@lahaina.clothing.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are really sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at info@lahaina.clothing within the weeks following your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you might have about your order.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges as our products are custom-made for you at the time of your order. These are personalized items. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@lahaina.clothing!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@lahaina.clothing with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit you best, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed under the item description. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@lahaina.clothing within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
